Welcome to Starting Five Sports Management. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including but not limited to S5 Challenge, S5 Grassroot, S5 Academy, Basketball Buddies programs, and tournament participation.

Enrollment in our programs (S5 Challenge, S5 Grassroot, S5 Academy, Basketball Buddies) is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment application.

5.2 Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify program schedules, locations, coaches, and content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant changes in advance.

5.3 Cancellation by Us

We may cancel programs or sessions due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, venue unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide appropriate refunds or alternative arrangements.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees

All fees for programs, tournaments, and services are as stated at the time of registration. Fees are subject to change for future enrollments.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through various methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our email
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy applicable at the time of enrollment
• Processing fees may be non-refundable
• Refunds for cancellations by us will be processed within 14 business days

7. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and guardians must:

• Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow all safety rules and instructions
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Not use abusive or inappropriate language
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and events
• Wear appropriate attire and equipment
• Not possess or use prohibited substances

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

8. Health and Safety

8.1 Medical Disclosure

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation. This information will be kept confidential and used only for safety purposes.

8.2 Physical Activity Risk

Basketball and physical training involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8.3 Emergency Medical Treatment

In case of emergency, we are authorized to seek necessary medical treatment for participants. Parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Starting Five Sports Management or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization

10. Photography and Media Consent

By participating in our programs and events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
